Colin Andrews is Senior Director of Government Affairs at the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), where he leads TIA’s engagement with Congress and federal policymakers on domestic telecommunications policy, broadband deployment, and the security and resilience of critical communications infrastructure. He has more than a decade of experience advocating industry positions and shaping federal policy and regulatory frameworks related to trusted vendors, supply chain security, broadband deployment, and network security. He represents industry interests before federal agencies and the Administration and helps shape policy affecting the communications technology ecosystem.

Prior to joining TIA, he practiced telecommunications law at a mid-sized law firm, focusing on FCC regulatory matters. He holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from West Virginia University
