With over 23 years in telecommunications operations, James Denman brings deep expertise and a passion for building resilient, future-ready networks. As a Solutions Architect at the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), James helps drive the organization’s Middle-Mile Broadband initiatives, expanding connectivity across 75+ counties in Texas through LCRA’s 2,800-mile OPGW fiber backbone.  James partners closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the network grows safely, strategically, and in step with customer needs. His current focus includes leveraging LCRA’s robust infrastructure to empower last-mile providers and strengthen broadband access in emerging rural markets. Known for his collaborative approach and operational insight, James also serves as a key liaison between technical teams and leadership—bridging innovation with execution to keep Texas connected.
