Pradeep is a Customer Engineer for Nokia’s North American Customer Engineering team. With over nine years of experience at Nokia, Pradeep has been deeply involved in the development, testing, and deployment of the Altiplano Access Controller platform. He began his career in Nokia’s Research and Development organization, where he played a key role being a developer of Altiplano line of products. In his current role, Pradeep serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the Altiplano Access Controller and Nokia Lightspan products, supporting major customer deployments and field trials across North America. He collaborates closely with service providers on the design, planning, and optimization of production networks, and has led several initiatives to automate real-world network operations through Altiplano’s automation engines, tools, workflows, and dashboards. Pradeep graduated from Anna University, Chennai, India with a B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
