Ruben Catteeuw is a Senior Product Line Manager within Nokia’s Fixed Networks business, leading Product Line Management for Fiber OLTs and next-generation access solutions across the Americas. With nearly 15 years at Nokia, he has worked across multiple regions and functions, helping shape strategy, product evolution, and customer engagement at both regional and global levels. Ruben has been a key contributor to major fiber access programs and deployments worldwide, supporting operators as they evolve from traditional broadband to multi-gigabit PON networks.

Originally from Belgium, he holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and an MBA, combining a strong technical foundation with strategic business insight into the broadband industry’s transformation.
