John is a dynamic leader passionate about building teams, products, and businesses that drive innovation and challenge the status quo.  Currently, he is at the helm of Automation Exchange Infrastructure (AEX), a US-based SaaS and network management company on a mission to radically simplify broadband connectivity.  AEX empowers network operators to grow, scale, and compete by enabling them to concentrate on construction and sales efforts. The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including OSS/BSS, infrastructure access, network management, and 24/7 customer support.  AEX currently manages over 3.5 million households with an additional 1.8 million homes in deployment.  Since spearheading AEX’s expansion in the US, John has been focused on building the engineering, implementation, service delivery, and business development teams. He also broadened the product offerings to include procurement services for network clients, covering equipment, fiber backhaul, and premise data procurement solutions.

Before coming to AEX Infrastructure, John held numerous leadership positions at Crown Castle deploying fiber, small cell, and tower assets.
