Bill Faulkner is member of the Nokia North America business development team with a focus on PON fixed access products with a concentration on optics.  He has been in telecommunications his entire career spanning AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent, Alcatel, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia.   He holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Clemson University.
