Lori is a telecommunications attorney that has focused on broadband policy for the last 20 years. She has met with state broadband officials from across the country and built relationships within NTIA in order to fully understand the policy and objectives of the BEAD program. She has participated at numerous industry events at the local, state and national levels as a moderator, panelist and keynote speaker. Adams has a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from the American University and is an honors graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law.
