As NAM Business Center Regionals and Open Access Senior Director, Raphael combines deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to deliver innovative solutions for mobile, business, and residential IP networks applications. Since joining Nokia in 2008, he has led transformative projects across the Americas Region, collaborating in the definition of next-generation networking strategies. Raphael holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UERJ (Brazil) and is based in Dallas, Texas.
